Because our seed, feed, and supplement products leave our chain of custody at the time of shipment or pickup, we do not accept returns. Once product has left Mustard Seed Farms, we cannot guarantee its storage, handling, or condition, and cannot verify it for resale or re-use.
If you believe you received the wrong product, an incorrect quantity, or a damaged shipment, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@msf.farm or (806) 570-0367 and we'll work with you directly.
